The resulting thiol saturation renders a dramatic rush of pure passion fruit expression on the nose followed by a propulsive Sauv Blanc diesel character with ripe gooseberry highlights. Each satiny swallow features radiant peach and nectarine flavors folded into a delicate pie crust-like malt presence. In the finish, notes of pineapple and strawberry coalesce and leave the impression of sweet raspberry sorbet.
