This summer Kolsch uses 100% local malt and locally-grown organic cucumbers from our friends Caney Fork Farms in Carthage, TN. This beer is cool, crisp, and refreshing with big notes of cucumber on the nose and palate. A perfect summer sipper for these hot days ahead!
