Beer Description
Westy McWest Coast is everything we love about West Coast IPA. We start with a light and minimalistic grain bill consisting of 100% pilsner malt and then use Chico yeast to create a very neutral base to layer the hops on. A killer blend of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy, and Strata give us some super expressive WC flavors.
