Chantilly-cake-inspired Pastry Stout with strawberry, blueberry, raspberry & vanilla.
Fun On Ten or “Fun On 10.5” if you will is our quadruple collab Birthday Cake Pastry Stout we brewed with three cutting-edge peers of ours who constantly push the limit in avant-garde creations and regularly redefine what beer can be @oozlefinchbeers, @greatnotion and @moonrakerbrewing! We originally intended this fantastical ferment to be released about 6 months ago during our Stoked on Ten 10 year anniversary extravaganza, hence the Fun On 10.5 moniker. This beer is a fist bump to all the breweries who produce amazing beers that were unimaginable just a decade ago. These brewers, and the flavor fidelity they’ve crafted delight and surprise beer lovers all over the country. We are talking beer with all the flavors of rich desserts and breakfast treats, reminding us all that creating and consuming these beers (and all beer) should be fun!
