Beer Description
We use the Fractal series to investigate how different hops manifest through our processes, allowing us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques. Using only pale malt and hops, Fractal Enigma/Galaxy pours a hazy yellow releasing complex aromas and flavors of passionfruit, dank devils’ lettuce, white wine grapes, ripe peach flesh, bright grass, berry and currants, and Australian earth served with a lime wedge. A creamy melon forward #EQjuice finish awaits along with a touch of rounded bitterness leading you right into the next juicy sip.
