Beer Description
Big time thiols (Sauvignon Blanc, passion fruit), some coconut and a little berry on the flavor and aroma joint.
Version 4.0 of our ever evolving IPA. This IPA was designed to allow the true hops character to shine and finish crisp and dry. We took domestic pilsner and rice and fermented it at a cool ale temperature with a German lager yeast leaving nothing in the way of the massive dry hop charge of Nelson Sauvin, Enigma and Galaxy. Big time thiols (Sauvignon Blanc, passion fruit), some coconut and a little berry on the flavor and aroma joint.
