Beer Description
Ready Player One returns, incarnated dry-hopped this go around rather than the grapefruit version as seen before. We envision Ready Player One being our playground for saison going forward, so look forward to each new version to be a variation on the theme. Brewed with Pils malt, Oats and Vienna malt; a bouquet of hops including Falconer’s Flight, Warrior, Citra, Idaho 7 and Amarillo and fermented with Trappist Ale yeast and allowed to free rise to 75F. We dry hopped this 20 barrel (nominal) batch with 5 lbs of Citra and 5 lbs Idaho 7 post diactyl-rest
