Beer Description
A West Coast IPA with some serious Pacific Northwest vibes courtesy of Zeus and Centennial hops. The nose is absolutely saturated with pine trees wrapped in chains of orange blossoms. Fresh cut redwood, Meyer lemons, and a bouquet of lavender and geranium follow. Light bodied, but with a malt presence that starts at pie crust and nearly tips into biscuit territory- with a hint of caramelized table sugar. An assertive, oily bitterness keeps the sweetness at bay throughout and lingers beyond the dry refreshing finish. A tribute to the piney, citrusy IPAs with a little bit of color- from days gone by. Sit back, relax and rediscover the “glow”.
