Our Wavy Days connection with the team from Hop Butcher evoked the waves of our Atlantic and their Lake Michigan all at once. With three bold hops (Rakau, Mosaic, and Sabro) at the forefront, this DIPA explores waves of flavor spanning the whole gamit of what we all love in hoppy beer. Our collaborative minds melded, surfing the crests of creativity to not only build tropical and stonefruit flavor, but also to seek a shine that entices and invites.
