Beer Description
The Strata cones were harvested in the early morning hours from the Coleman’s hop fields and arrived to our brewery that afternoon where we put them straight to use. We went with a Pale Ale based on Viking Extra Pale Malt as not to cover up any of the beautiful hop qualities these cones brought to the table. Fresh to Death has a great hop saturation while still being quite elegant. It’s crisp and clean with some killer hop expression. There’s not much of it and I hope you’re able to score some
