A beer originally brewed for Belgian miners, grisette is now the go-to shift beer of brewers the world over. Blue Collar Scientist is an immensely satisfying pour; effervescent, easy-drinking but flavorful enough to keep even the most fatigued brewers intrigued. Our take on grisette features a wheat heavy grist, with our house Belgian yeast strain providing aromas of bubblegum, zesty pepper and earthy funk.
