Beer Description
Pondering Shadows (6.5%) is a fresh new hazy IPA that features Sabro as the main hop ingredient but has also been hit with a bit of Citra for good measure. Later in the brewing process we conditioned over a select amount of coconut to really make those Sabro hops shine. This beer is tasting like a gooey oat bar with a creamy pineapple frosting and toasted bits of coconut or a bowl of fresh slices of your favorite stone fruit drizzled with a bit of honey and grated fresh coconut.
