Odd Breed Fresh Off The Farm Passion Fruit

This beer is blended from barrels of our Lambic inspired wild ale aged one year. After barrel aging, we transferred the beer onto fresh, local passion fruit from Redland, Florida. A true labor of love, we hand processed the fresh passion fruit at peak ripeness for maximum flavor, contributing bright and complex flavors that can’t be achieved with ubiquitous concentrates or purees. This beer delivers intense passion fruit aromatics reminiscent of mango, orange, pineapple, and peach. Our base beer contributes soft underlying tannins with notes of cedar and sandalwood from our aged hops, while Brettanomyces contributes funk and depth to this tropical beer that finishes with refreshing acidity.
