We stashed a bit of our first Oskar Blues CANlaboration – Chaka, a Belgian-style Amber – in bourbon barrels. The result is a beer rich with the flavors of apple, caramel, vanilla, dark fruit, and rich malt, rounded out with cozy bourbon warmth.
