Beer Description
A Double IPA that we intensely dry hopped with Simcoe and Citra hops. We used fluffy malted oats and wheat to add body. Simcoe is the dominate hop in this IPA giving a complex aroma of stone fruit, pine, and citrus zest. Expect luscious and sweet notes of juicy papaya and orange marmalade with a vivid and crisp piney finish. Just one Sip of Simcoe and your hooked!
