Beer Description
This is a project that brewers and cellar people put together to create a beer that we would look forward to drinking after a shift and would like to present to our customers. We brewed a lager reminiscent of a Kellerbier but a bit on the lighter side. It was brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts. We hopped it entirely with German Tettnang. The resulting beer is a light but complex lager that is easy drinking. Some nice toasted bread, cracker, and slight hay notes on the nose. On the palate there is some biscuit/cracker, slight honey, and nice floral noble hops character. And it finishes with a nice slight bitterness to complete the malt notes.
