We love our DIPAs around these parts, but everyone’s gotta grow up sometime Peter Pan. We used professionally unacceptable amounts of our hand-selected Citra, Mosaic & Cryo Pop from Yakima Chief, formulated specifically for use during primary fermentation to maximize biotransformation/juice extraction… that’s what we in the corporate world call “synergy”. Touch up that LinkedIn bio & you might get some views there champ.
