Beer Description
This IPA is very transparent in its ingredients. Featuring mainly our two row base malt and very little specialty malt this light colored IPA is all about the yeast and hops. A unique yeast strain ferments this ale at very warm temperatures, giving off flavors reminiscent of pineapple. There is only one type of hop used in this IPA, that being Azacca. Named after the Haitian god of agriculture these hops and tropical notes of mango and papaya. Both these keys ingredients led to this hazy blonde IPA that reminds the brewers of a tropical fruit smoothie.
