Beer Description
Every July, we spend a day destemming Michigan-grown Balaton cherries from the year’s harvest. We destemmed nearly 2 tons of cherries, to make 2020’s vintage of our Kriek, which then spent a year on our 1-and-2-year-old spontaneously-fermented beer.
