Beer Description
The newest installment in our rotating, experimental Taproom Double IPA series, #31, affectionately called “Sharks.” This takes the holy trinity of IPA hops (Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy) and adds Nectaron, one of our favorite hops of the moment.
The newest installment in our rotating, experimental Taproom Double IPA series, #31, affectionately called “Sharks.” This takes the holy trinity of IPA hops (Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy) and adds Nectaron, one of our favorite hops of the moment.
Beyond that, we add Phantasm powder, a new ingredient in the craft beer scene that takes all of the beautiful, juicy notes and cranks them into the stratosphere.
The nose is an explosion of tropical fruit aroma, like a fresh tropical fruit salad. The taste is more of the same, with enormous bright notes dominated by pineapple, mango, passionfruit and citrus. Juicy and soft, this DIPA is a real treat.
