Beer Description
This one is a riff off our fresh hop All I Do Is Strata, with more Crosby Hops Strata (2021 crop), and the addition of a new player from Hop Revolution in New Zealand called “Pacific Sunrise”. Hazy, golden, rounded mouthfeel; we’re getting a lot of peach-y and Creamsicle® vibes, with a backdrop of lemon and green tropicals. Hop flavor has a long linger with noticeable but nice bitterness. I would describe this as a distinctive ‘Northwest Hazy’. 6.5%
