Beer Description
Not only is this one probably alright, it is freaking awesome. Pauly is building up his dream beer and this one has to be damn close. Started with a base of Pale Planet malt keeping it light and crisp. Primary boiling hop was the one and only Cascade, but during flame out it got a dose of Citra and Simcoe. Finally much like all of our beers because we are hop heads, it got one last kick of Citra and Cascade dry hop. Cheers!
