Harvest Saison Ale with Fresh Marigold and Orange Zest
And he we are again, back to our roots. Tilling our soil. And breathing life into our bountiful crop. For this late harvest saison we worked with the local agricultural cooperative @sustainabillies to source a pound per barrel of fresh marigold flowers that we steeped in the whirlpool of this 100% @epiphanycraftmalt saison. Hopped with Saaz, we finished this delicate ale by conditioning it on 2 pound of fresh orange zest in the brite. Grab a glass and experience bouquets of orange blossom, choice selections of white gummy bear, and generational memories of the hay bales of the farms of pre-industry.
