Beer Description
This style of German Ale comes from the city of Düsseldorf, which is the home to the artists Kraftwerk, hence the name. The brewers in the city would occasionally release a special Altbier version called “Sticke”, which would be stronger and/or hoppier. Our version is inspired by this tradition. The malty profile is derived from 6 different malts including wheat, Munich and caramel. Generously dosed with Tettnang and Saphir hops, this ale was fermented cool and stored cold for an extended period of time to create its crisp and balanced character.
