U-Bahn is a light, golden ale that drinks with the crispness of a German-style lager.
It was brewed with a base of Bohemian floor malted pilsner and Vienna malts and hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Tettnanger, and Zuper Saazer.
When poured into a glass, U-Bahn showcases a light golden hue with brilliant clarity and quickly forms a crown of dense, wet, drinkable foam.
