Beer Description
Sun and Steel is the most complex beer of the Trooper line up. Iron Maiden lead singer Bruce Dickinson wanted to blend sake yeast fermentation with traditional lager fermentation. The sake yeast comes from a 700 year old Japanese producer and Bruce eventually flew the sake yeast from Japan to the UK to brew the unique Sun and Steel sake lager.
Trooper Sun and Steel special edition Senjutsu is based on a Japanese term loosely translated as Tactics and Strategy
