West Coast India Pale Ale dry hopped with Centennial, Idaho 7 & Simcoe
What my grandma called me when I told her I was getting a PhD in Ancient Roman Land Formations. Still love her though. This westie mixes all the old school grapefruit and floral lusciousness of Centennial hops with new school varieties Simcoe and Idaho 7 who positively explode on the scene with notes of tangerine rind and crisp pine bough aromatics.
