Source Ultra Series Cascade

Ultra Cascade pours a beautifully hazy, yellow-orange hue into a glass and bursts with intense citrus and floral hop aromas.

This beer was brewed with plenty of malted wheat and oats and drinks with a softened mouthfeel, low perceived bitterness, and a super juicy finish.

Ultra Cascade was hopped in the whirlpool and then twice more at the tail end of fermentation with 100% Cascade hops grown by B&D Farms in Oregon.

We get notes of freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet, ruby red grapefruit, bright tangerine zest, floral arrangement, and lemon cream pie.
