Beer Description
This Brew was made with historic and non-GMO wheat grown locally by Anarchy Acres using Wisconsin Pedigree No 2 wheat and Munich Malts. By starting fermentation with a Weiss Yeast, and finishing with a High Alcohol tolerant yeast, this brew finished at a wine-like 11.6 ABV. Weizenbock wat the base beer, yet not adhering to the strict classification of Weizenbocks, this one is a bit on the dry side, a bit like a wheat wine, a bit like a Hefeweizen, a bit like a doppelbock, with the ABV of an Eisbock.
