Beer Description
The third brew in our series exploring how some of our favorite hop varietals, in this case El Dorado & Talus, are made even more vibrant with the help of Phantasm, made out of Sauvignon Blanc grape skins from New Zealand. The aroma precursors found in Phantasm, referred to as thiols, help us free even more pungent aromas from the hops we’re using. We’re excited for you to try out new iteration of this banger.
