The Cosmic Crisp apple is the remarkable result of 20 years of study and research by Washington State University’s world-class tree fruit breeding program. Grown at Bellewood Farms in Lynden, the Cosmic Crisp apple is a cross of the Enterprise and Honeycrisp varieties. This unfiltered cider has a slightly hazy blonde appearance, clean apple aroma and will wake your taste buds up with its bittersharp, tart flavor and dry finish.
