Beer Description
Czech-inspired Pilsner brewed with 100% Kasbek hops plus Bohemian barley and traditional Czech lager yeast. Pure deep gold color, unfiltered, with a pleasing malt character and a lean but rounded mouthfeel. The Kasbek variety is viewed by some as a “super Saaz”, with hints of lemon and grapefruit alongside classic earthy spiciness. Our recipe puts the hop character front and center, in true Northwest fashion. As befitting a real Pils, the finish is long-lingering and deeply satisfying.
