Beer Description
Luxo, our latest foray into Italian Style Pils, strikes a lovely balance between snappy noble hops and a refreshing touch of malty sweetness. The extra hit of dry hop aroma spices it up, but the refreshing drinkability is what will keep you coming back to this one.
Tettnang, perhaps my favorite noble hop, takes the aromatic lead with delicate notes of melon and green tea. Saaz lays down a spicy bitterness, and Saphir adds a hint of wildflower and lemongrass to the nose. When you take a sip, the soft, bready malt profile serves as a refreshing interlude between the crisp, lingering bitterness.
Appearance: Golden Yellow, Fluffy White Head, Bright, Slight Hop Haze acceptable
