Beer Description
While ringing in the new year we like to give you some, new to us, hop products so you can do it in style. This is our classic NEIPA recipe with three unique hops products. The first addition is Citra spectrum, a flowable hop extract with the full spectrum of hop oils and none of the plant matter. The two dry hops are done with Ekuanot and Bru-1 cryo. Cryo hops are processed to contain less plant matter and more lupulin (this is where all the good stuff lives). With these three hop products focused on decreasing vegetal matter, your are left with a smoother, more flavorful brew. Let’s have a hell of a night and crush some hazy new year!
