Beer Description
After 12 months in bourbon barrels, 4S took on a complex toasted barrel character that is further enhanced by dark, roasted malts. This brew drinks smooth with a thick body, jet black color, and brown lingering head. We also added a touch of cinnamon and dark chocolate during the whirlpool and marshmallow flavor after debarreling, which lends a graham cracker-like flavor for additional complexity
