This imperial, hazy IPA is the third release in our “What’s Your Sign?” series, a collection of zodiac-inspired brews that embody the unique traits of each sign.

The astrological sign for Aries is a ram and it represents energy, enthusiasm, independence, leadership, impulsivity, courage, passion, determination, and competitive spirit.

Much like a powerful ram, this imperial strength IPA has a bold and adventurous spirit that will ignite your passion and fuel your fiery nature with its potent blend of hops.

Aries pours a hazy, light yellow-orange hue into a glass and emanates a depth of wonderful hoppy aromas. It was brewed with a base of pale barley malts layered with fluffy, protein-rich wheat and oats. Aries was hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho 7 CGX and then dry hopped twice during the tail end of fermentation with Waimea and Strata.

Aries drinks with a soft, mellow, medium body, low levels of perceived bitterness, and a finish that bursts with juicy, fruity, hop flavors.

We get notes of clementine, orange creamsicle, ripe pineapple, apricot marmalade, pomelo, passionfruit juice, tropical melon, and peach pie.
