Beer Description
This beer is a big, bold, dark strong ale that fills your mouth with happiness from the first sip. It hits your lips with a complex malt profile which is doing a beautiful job of restraining the well hidden alcohols at 10.5%. Waves of fruit come in from these malts and leave you with impressions of fig, raisin, and cherry. The generous use of candied sugar and syrup bring in flavors of deeply caramelized sugars and molasses. Hops hold up the malt and sugar to create a balance so the sweetness doesn’t overwhelm. And last but not least, the yeast steals the show with its flavors and aromas.
