Cold-fermented Pale Ale with Nelson Sauvin and Wai-iti hops
We can’t stop here–this is Hop Country.
Our friends at Yakima Chief Hops in Yakima, Washington asked us to brew a very special beer for one of their special meetups. And with their super secret stash of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Wai-iti hops, we constructed this cold fermented pale ale full of the dankest notes of apricot candy, white grape jam and lime cordial.
