Source Cognitive Dissonance double dry hopped

This super aromatic beer was fermented with a special, genetically engineered yeast strain that produces aromatic thiols during biotransformation. These thiols work in conjunction with aromatic hop compounds to push the tropical, fruit forward aromas and flavors to the next level!

We dry hopped Cognitive Dissonance twice during active fermentation with Riwaka and Citra hops and are stoked with the results.

You can expect a medium-light bodied drinking experience with low perceived bitterness and a juicy finish characterized by intense hop flavors.

We get notes of ripe passionfruit, tropical gauva, juicy grapefruit, tangy gooseberry, green grapes, fresh lime, Zebra fruit stripe gum, piña colada, and lychee.
