Beer Description
Our year-round, beautifully balanced American IPA using 100% locally-malted barley, rye and wheat from our friends at both Carolina Malt House and Riverbend Malthouse in Asheville! As a nod to the original concept where we’d use up partial bags of leftover hops from other batches, each production batch of Odds & Ends previously rotated a different curated hop blend—we’ve now locked in our favorite, after discovering the magical combination of Amarillo & Rakau hops as our dry-hop finishing addition!
