Beer Description
Over the years, we’ve blended all kinds of barrels into some of the tastiest funky & sour beers you’ve come to love, but sometimes a barrel needs a little extra time, or doesn’t fit the profile we’re looking for, so we set those aside until they’re ready for prime time. And now is their time to shine: Introducing the next entry into our series we call our Brewer’s Blend, where we sample that extra oak and create unique blends from some of our favorite barrels. This one’s another favorite of our brewers, using a curated blend of a brandy barrel-aged amber saison and our oak-aged sour flemish red!
