Beer Description
Named after a wailing, shrouded spirit from Irish mythology, this brew is hauntingly delicious! We brewed this beer with flaked oats + 20 lbs. of Ithaca Coffee Co.’s whole bean Red Rooster Espresso added after fermentation to create a smooth, dark stout with deep notes of roasted coffee and tobacco.
