Beer Description
Artisan Orchard Hard Cider is made from small lots of hand selected first choice premium Cider apples which are then slow pressured from their intense flavors. The pressed Apple Cider is fermented at Tomasello Winery in small batches using a strain of yeast from Alsace, particularly suited to apples, and is subsequently cold bottles from maximum fruit aroma retention. You will note slight batch variation which is normal given the diversity of apples utilized throughout the growing season.
