Beer Description
An over hopped German Pilsner brewed with 100% Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt, double decocted and lagered in white wine barrels. Hopped throughout the boil with German grown Hüll Melon and Saphir hops. Not your typical pilsner, eminent botanical aromas of rockmelon, lemongrass, and freesia. The rich pilsner malt and slight honey character balances the firm bitterness and subtle oak tannins. Dry, Bitter, Fun, Drinking Beer
