Beer Description
For our 9th Anniversary we took our approach to Hazy IPA and cranked it up to 11, literally, in the form of an 11 lb per barrel hopping rate! The resulting cloud of hoppy aroma is so dense you might not be able to find your way out of it. But trust us, you wonโt mind being lost at all. Notes of honeydew, navel orange, mixed berries, cherry sherbet, guava juice, and a penetrating assault of dank terpenes reminiscent of designer sticky-icky- are just the start. The elevated alcohol allows for maximum hop oil solubility, but remains devilishly well hidden and highlights a well balanced amount of sweetness. The mouthfeel is, well, it is devastatingly luxurious. We threw caution to the wind with every aspect of this beer because this sick haze
