Beer Description
Reminiscent of the cool salty air of the mid-Altlantic Coast. This interesting take on the classic Gose beer style incorporates an addition of fresh oysters and sea salt in the kettle. After fermentation careful additions of white peppercorns, shallots and lemon were made to round out this tart ale creating the experience of sitting seaside enjoying fresh oysters on the half shell with a splash of mignonette.
