Beer Description
The well at the corner of Gainesville’s historic Cypress Avenue & Grove Street drilled 400 feet to tap into the Floridan Aquifer. Deep waters were pumped to create ice for cooling – a welcome commodity under the hot Floridian sun. This American wheat ale is brewed from the well in tribute to the spirit of ingenuity.
