Beer Description
This Imperial Mimosa Seltzer is our fifth and newest release in the Beach Milk Project series. It comes in at 7% abv, which is close to what an actual mimosa comes in at. We used fresh orange puree and elevated carbonation for an experience reminiscent of those Sunday brunches.
Beach Milk Project is our recently launched, hyper-limited, taproom only brewery side-project. Beers in this series will feature experimental ingredients and advanced brewing methods to showcase the inventiveness and ingenuity of our brewing team. The name is a nod to Beach Milk Co. a dairy business that occupied our building from 1933-1954. You can still see a faint “Beach Milk Co.” sign on the 22nd Street side of our building.
