Gemini IIPA is a celestial elixir that aligns perfectly with the duality and vibrant spirit of Geminis. It pours a hazy, light yellow-orange hue into a glass and stimulates the gastronomical intellect with a plume of wonderful hoppy aromas from its dense, stubborn head of white foam.

It was brewed with a base of pale barley malts layered with fluffy, protein-rich wheat and oats. Gemini was hopped in the whirlpool with Cryo Citra and then dry hopped twice during the tail end of fermentation with Citra, Strata, and El Dorado.

Gemini drinks with a soft, medium body, low levels of perceived bitterness, and a finish that bursts with juicy, fruity, hop flavors.

We get notes of tropical mango, juicy guava, tangy passionfruit, fresh strawberries, wisps of dank herb, cantaloupe, and sweet watermelon on a hot summer day.
