Beer Description
Maybe the softest lager we’ve ever brewed? Delicate, but nuanced malt character leads the way here. A mix of Bohemian and German malts create a straw gold lager with notes of sweet bread, wildflower honey and cracker on the nose. Hallertau Mittelfruh and Sterling hops offers hints of citrus and spice, but serve mostly to create balance. We lagered this one for six weeks and it was absolutely worth the wait!
